including anxiety management, stress management, a DVPP online course and anger management. These can be completed in your own time and are great for helping you in specific areas.

In 2017 Tower Counselling opened a counselling service
and Therapy Retreat & Residential Rehabilitation Clinic in Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria called the Ayurva VT Clinic, and in the autumn of 2019 we opened a counselling service in Josselin, Morbihan, Brittany. France
